Do you charge for an initial visit and quote?
No. We'll come round, have a look, drink a cup of tea, and listen — no charge, no commitment.
How far out are you booking?
Usually 6–12 weeks for a start date, depending on the size of the job. Smaller jobs (kitchens, bathrooms) sometimes sooner.
Are you insured?
Yes — fully insured. Happy to send certificates over before any work starts.
Do you handle planning and Building Control?
Yes — for lofts and extensions especially. We'll either handle it ourselves or work with an architect of your choice.
Can we live in the house during the work?
Almost always — yes. Site cleared every evening, dust sheets up, water and heating kept running where possible. Living-in is part of the brief.
What kind of guarantee do you offer?
12-month call-back on everything we've built, plus the manufacturer's warranties on anything we've installed.
